Empowering Families Through Self Help Groups at Baho Community
At Baho Community, we believe that strong communities are built when people come together, support one another, and work toward a better future. One of the ways we encourage empowerment and growth is through our Self Help Groups, which provide a space where community members can connect, learn, share experiences, and support each other.
Currently, Baho Community has three active Self Help Groups, with each group consisting of 15 to 20 members. These groups bring together individuals who are committed to improving their lives, strengthening their families, and creating positive change within their community.
Through regular meetings, members have the opportunity to discuss their challenges, share ideas, learn new skills, and encourage one another. The groups promote unity, responsibility, and a spirit of cooperation, reminding members that they do not have to face life’s challenges alone.
Self Help Groups also encourage members to develop confidence, manage resources wisely, and explore opportunities that can improve their livelihoods. By working together, members learn the value of saving, planning, supporting one another, and making decisions that benefit both their families and the wider community.
At Baho Community, we celebrate the commitment and dedication of every group member. These groups are more than meetings—they are places of friendship, encouragement, learning, and hope. Through the power of togetherness, members are discovering their strengths and building a brighter future for themselves and their families.
We are grateful for the continued participation of all Self Help Group members and look forward to seeing these groups continue to grow, inspire, and transform lives.
