Every Baho Community trip is intentionally designed around the principles of dignity, respect, and responsible engagement. Inspired by the teachings of When Helping Hurts, our approach encourages visitors to come with a spirit of learning rather than a desire to fix or rescue.
Before traveling, participants take part in preparation and reflection activities that help cultivate the right mindset for meaningful cross-cultural engagement. This preparation ensures that visitors arrive ready to listen, learn, and build authentic relationships.
While in Rwanda, you will spend time with local communities, ministry leaders, and Baho Community staff, gaining valuable insights into the challenges, strengths, and aspirations that shape everyday life.
