Some moments are so meaningful that words cannot fully capture the gratitude they bring. Today, as I, Josue Dufitumukiza, hold my Honors Degree in Law from the University of Kigali, my heart is filled with joy, humility, and thanksgiving.

This degree represents much more than academic success. It is a testimony of faith, determination, perseverance, and the incredible grace of God. When I first stepped onto the university campus, I carried big dreams but also many uncertainties about the road ahead. The journey was not always easy. There were long nights of studying, moments of struggle, tears, and times when I questioned whether I would make it. But through every challenge, God remained faithful. His grace gave me strength when I felt weak and transformed every obstacle into an opportunity to grow.

Throughout this journey, I was never alone. I am deeply grateful to Hope Milele Africa (HMA), Baho Community, and the Baho Church family for standing beside me with unwavering support, encouragement, and prayers. Your kindness and investment in my life have shaped not only my education but also the person I have become. You taught me that true success is not only about reaching a goal—it is about growing in faith, remaining humble, and using what we receive to serve others.

Today, this degree stands as a reminder that hope can overcome challenges and that dreams can become reality when people believe, support, and walk alongside one another. It is a testimony that with God, determination, and the right opportunities, nothing is impossible.
